(Simple Meditation Guide)
· 心脉轮 (Heart Chakru) o 提升你的生命能量从低处 (海底轮、丹田) 到心口(心脉轮) o 双手搓热,一手放小腹,一手放心口 · 诚心的对自己和别人放出善意 (默诵数遍 中英文皆可) o May I be free from danger o May I be free from mental suffering o May I be free from physical suffering o May I be well and happy o May ALL be free from danger o May ALL be free from mental suffering o May ALL be free from physical suffering o May ALL be well and happy (愿我自己免于危险 愿我自己免于心理苦难 愿我自己免于身体苦难 愿我自己安好、快乐 愿每个人免于危险 愿每个人免于心理苦难 愿每个人免于身体苦难 愿每个人都安好、快乐 ) · 想像心口放出明亮的光照耀在 (由近而远) o 你爱的人(父母 孩子 配偶朋友等等) o 街上的陌生人 o 如果觉得能够的话;那些伤害过你的人 · 想像心口放出明亮的光照耀在 (由近而远) o 充满现在的这个房间 o 充满这个你所在的城市、国家、地球,到整个银河系、宇宙。 结语: 最好的养身气功 练精化气、练气化神、练神还虚就是慈悲与宽容 [参考数据] [1] "The Monk in the Lab", April, 2003, New York Times http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9D03E1DC143DF935A15757C0A9659C8B63 [2] "Meditation Found to Increase Brain Size", Jan. 23rd, 2006, Harvard University Gazette http://www.news.harvard.edu/gazette/daily/2006/01/23-meditation.html [3] "Brain Scans Reveal Why Meditation Works", Jun 29 2007, Life Science http://www.livescience.com/health/070629_naming_emotions.html [4] "Meditation Gives Brain a Change", Jan. 5th, 2005, Washington Post http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A43006-2005Jan2.html |
